We are looking for colleagues for SMT/AOI Process engineer position

Your mission/Rolul dumneavoastra

• Able to generate SPI/AOI program and understand board schematic drawing; (VISCOM AOI machine)

• Make the necessary Work instructions   for SMT process: Printing, SPI, Placement, Reflow
• Make the programs/profile/maintenance/calibration for: Printing, SPI, Placement, Reflow.
• Printing – DEK; SPI-  PARMI ; Placement – Siemens SIPLACE ; Reflow SMT.
• Responsible to set the line accordingly with “set up” instructions;
• Responsible for weekly check of “poka yoke” system;
• Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance;
• Responsible for monitoring the equipment for a properly function;
• To analyze the systematic errors, on his area, and to purpose improvement actions;
• Responsible to maintain the work area accordingly with 5S specifications;
• Responsible with technical support for production department during all three shifts;
• Responsible for improvements of preventive maintenance;

Your profile/Profilul dumneavoastra

• University degree in electronics or computer engineering
• General electronics, measurement & control instrumentation know how
• Experience in working with SMT or AOI machines
• MS Office and job specific tools
• Good organizational, communication, analysis and synthesis skills
• Proactivity and problem-solving attitude are desirable
• Good English
